Dr. Groves' philosophy of practice is to treat conservatively.
Cosmetic restoration to improve the look of your smile can be achieved in many ways.
Your three options are usually:
- Cosmetic Bonding
Of these options, bonding offers many advantages: less trauma to the teeth, less cost to you, excellent cosmetic results (as you can see below), repairability, seldom-required-anaesthetic.
- Porcelain Veneer
Porcelain veneers require tooth reduction (which requires anaesthetic), higher costs to you, non-repairability (fractures require replacement).
- Porcelain Crowns
Crowns are the most aggressive and are only recommended if absolutely necessary.
Dr. Groves has performed numerous procedures of all three kinds. Each prodecure gets more complex, expensive, and traumatic. Over the years he has discoverd simple bonding returns the best investment.
Time is minimal, often no anaesthetic is needed. Results can be wonderful!
