My
Practice
As general practitioners we are restricted, by law, from
saying we specialize in any one area. Many of us try to
focus on specific areas of treatment we enjoy or that we're
good at. My practice includes the treatment of periodontal
disease, bruxism (grinding), and cosmetic dentistry in addition
to preventative and restorative care for people of all ages.
Cosmetic Dentistry
The cosmetic dentistry that is so popular today is something
I have always enjoyed. It is very rewarding to improve a
patient's appearance in a dramatic way over a short period
of time. We have offered, for years, a variety of cosmetic
procedures including bleaching, single to complex bonding
and the latest bonded porcelain veneers and crowns. As with
any restoration, there are a variety of risks and benefits
that only years of experience can teach you. If you are
interested, please contact us for an evaluation.
Crown and Bridge
Treatment
Crown and bridge treatment is primarily an exercise in detail.
It involves extensive knowledge of engineering that includes
human biology, psychology and anatomy. Without the skill
and meticulous attention to the tiniest detail, the end
result can mean the difference between wonderful and miserable.
It takes a major commitment by both the patient and the
doctor to get it right and keep it clean. A good doctor
stays on the cutting edge by continually updating his training.
It has always been a priority for me to attend the latest
seminars in technology on an annual basis.
Senior Care
Senior care is also something I enjoy because it is a fascinating
combination of the senior's personality, complex dental
issues, and lifelong habits. Often these patients have not
had all the benefits that we take for granted today. Some
simple changes can make their lives much happier. The last
things they want to bother with are their teeth. I want
them comfortable, capable and happy. We try to keep costs
and treatment conservative.

The seven types of partials.
